Quotes & Payment
All quotes are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days. Payment terms are defined per project. Ownership of deliverables transfers on final payment.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables produced for them. Pre-existing tools and frameworks remain our property.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
